Styrofoam Letters
Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) sometimes called styrofoam is a hard closed cell smooth foam. It is a high insulating polystyrene used in construction, but is perfect for use as lettering or logo’s. This material is supplied in sheet form which is cut using our CNC hot wire cutting machine to produce styrofoam letters. Most of our products using styrofoam are company logo’s or exhibition lettering. It’s smooth finish makes it the best lightweight and affordable product for 3d letters and logo’s.

The images below show a small selection of branded company logo’s we have manufactured. We can cut almost any logo from styrofoam, from small lettering for receptions to large exhibition projects.
